The What?

Since 2011, the Seville Rotary Steak Cook-Off has brought together local businesses, cooking teams, volunteers, sponsors, and friends for a one-of-a-kind evening in the heart of downtown Pensacola.

What began as a creative way for Seville Rotary to raise funds for local programs grew into a beloved community tradition, with as many as 20 Grill Teams firing up their grills outside Seville Quarter and competing for the title of Pensacola's best steak.

At the center of the competition was our iconic traveling Butcher Block & Cleaver People's Choice Award—along with plenty of friendly competition and bragging rights!

But the Steak Cook-Off was always about much more than great food.

The Why?

Seville Rotary Club is made up of professionals and community leaders who share a commitment to serving others and making a positive difference in the Pensacola community.

In 2011, our club created the Steak Cook-Off with a simple idea: bring our community together, have a great time, and raise money for organizations doing important work in Northwest Florida.

Since its inception, the Seville Rotary Steak Cook-Off has raised more than $330,000 to support our community.

Over the years, the event grew to include cooking teams, live entertainment, VIP experiences, silent auctions, local food and beverage partners, and hundreds of attendees—all coming together for a common purpose.

None of that impact would have been possible without our incredible sponsors, cooking teams, volunteers, community partners, attendees, and supporters.

Proceeds from the Steak Cook-Off have helped support numerous nonprofit organizations whose programs serve individuals, families, and children throughout our community.

An Update on the Steak Cook-Off

The Seville Rotary Steak Cook-Off is not currently scheduled for 2026.
